Try before you buy

gohide offers a fully functional free edition with no time limit. It lets you confirm — at no cost — that the app runs correctly on your hardware and Windows version and that its core features meet your needs. We recommend evaluating the free edition before purchasing.

One activation per purchase

Each purchase activates gohide Pro on one computer. If you replace or change computers, email support@gohide.net and we'll release your old machine so you can activate the new one — at no charge.

3-day money-back guarantee

If gohide Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions. Your refund is returned to the original payment method.

Because the licence works offline once activated, a refund requires that your licence is deactivated first, so it can no longer be used after the money is returned. We take care of this for you when you request the refund — it only takes a moment.

How to request a refund

Email support@gohide.net within 3 days of purchase with the email address you used to order and your licence key. We'll deactivate your licence, confirm with you, and issue your refund to the original payment method — typically within a couple of business days.

After the refund window

After the 3-day window, if gohide Pro does not function as described, we still want to help. Email support@gohide.net with your order details and we will work with you to put it right.
